I never signed up for Klinio. I just received an email they were charging me $40 to renew. I don't nor have i ever had the app on my phone. Scam.

The app is a little difficult to navigate, but easy enough to figure out, and the online community on Facebook is helpful. I'm really making progress on my weight and blood sugar management, thanks to the tracking options in the app.

Finally something that lays it all out and let's you do what you need to do. Feels like gentle nudges but tons of information. If I miss a day, it's there to do the next day. I can ramp up as I get the right food in the house and make more time for exercise.

I have used Klinio before and continue to appreciate it. It allows choices while still providing. The folks at Klinio are accessible and helpful. I do miss the amount of vegges they used to include in their recipes. I love the inclusion of spices as a part.

Unlike many other diabetic management apps, Klinio covers all aspects to manage diabetic issues in an easy to understand format. You add as much or as little information as you need to maintain control, and it pairs seamlessly by Bluetooth with my smart phone. And, based on my readings, it predicts my A1C levels, too.
