I do not find the app to be helpful - I don’t track my glucose levels, hate the recipes, snd the food tracker is useless as it doesn’t calculate calories or carbs, etc. I purchased within the past 14 days and now can’t seem to get a refund. I was told I purchased using PayPal and there’s nothing they can do. I did NOT purchase via PayPal- I used a credit card. Apparently, I’m out $67 for an app I almost immediately deleted and requested a refund within 3 days of purchase. Customer service sucks - no response at all when I responded that I didn’t use PayPal. DON’T BUY. If you don’t like it, you’ll be stuck and who knows about auto-renewal. I want a FULL refund.

It’s a very good app with useful information for diabetes

Klinio states has easy to use recipes but the recipients are ridiculous and time consuming. Even the ingredients are not always common and include products that Klinio only sell. The on-sell does not stop and from the moment you click on the website they bombard you with emails until you believe what they are saying and once you sign up - you quickly realise the whole thing is crap. I realised I’d signed up to not what was represented once I saw what was offered and cancelled immediately- but only got 50% refunded. They got $50 for 3 minutes. Must be so hard up for money they have to keep what they can. Do not recommend this to anyone. Avoid at all costs!!! It is like a scam with useless information.

I know there seem to be a lot of positive reviews on here, but I feel duped. I also was charged $67 for a subscription I did not want. I wanted to see their supposed "free" meal plan version. If I liked it then I planned on paying to try. However when I realized I was charged I canceled the same day and sent an email to support. I was told the only way I get a full refund is if the product is faulty and they require visual proof. First thing they tried to do when I logged in to the website was sell me more stuff at an Amazing!! discount. Such a scam.

Great, easy to use app. With lots of resources.

I’m considered pre diabetic so I got this in the hopes that the app would help me in making good blood sugar food choices, and give me a means for tracking water, weight, blood sugar, blood pressure and activity. So far, it’s great. Easy meals and snacks with tons of options - just have to organize your grocery list but for me, it’s no big deal. I’m down 6 pounds in a week (I also gave up drinking diet soda so I’m sure that helps) and my fasting blood sugar has come down from 125 to anywhere between 95 and 107. I’m sticking with it - definitely helping me. Hoping to right this ship and avoid medication.

Program is easy to use, has great reminders, and the menus and tips are great!
