A perfectly executed job.
I ordered two beautiful large paintings from Kline Collective website. The finished paintings I received exactly matched the images on the website. Even better:) you can feel the artist's touch and the lively execution. Definitely recommended, for sure you may place the orders there. The delivery time was as expected, no delays. Also the paintings were well-packaged to avoid any possible damage during the transportation and delivery. Well-received:) Thank you, Kline Collective!

It's a nice experience
It's a nice experience. The artist worked with me to tweak the shade until it was perfect it was very collaborative right there. I would say that it is better to follow up with them more often on the changes because the artist seems to be quite busy and can miss my revision notes.
Response from Kline CollectiveFeb 20, 2026
Hi Maddison, Thank you so much for sharing your experience - I’m really glad to hear it felt collaborative and that we were able to tweak the shade until it was just right for you. Our artists are often working on multiple commissions at once, and while we always aim to stay on top of every revision, occasional follow-ups can definitely help keep things moving smoothly. We’re also working internally to improve how we track and confirm revision notes so nothing gets missed. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, Maddison. It really helps us refine both the creative and service experience. Warm regards, Rachel

5 stars for customer service and artist…
5 stars for customer service and artist skills. But 1 star for shipping and packaging. The shipping takes quite a long time and we have to follow up with the team from time to time. Then they pass me on to DHL. I hope that they can find another company for this service!
Response from Kline CollectiveFeb 20, 2026
Hi Julia, Thank you so much for your honest and balanced feedback. That truly means a lot to us. I’m really sorry to hear that the shipping and packaging experience didn’t meet the same standard. We absolutely take your feedback seriously. We’re continuously reviewing our logistics partners and packaging process to improve both speed and communication. Thank you again for sharing this - it genuinely helps us improve. If there’s ever anything you need, I’m personally here to help. Warm regards, Rachel

Happy with the service. The canvas feels well‑made and sturdy not low quality like some prints I’ve had before.
