I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to each representative who assisted me. They all showed prompt attention and professionalism in resolving the delay with the shipment of the art pieces I purchased. In addition to thoughtful gestures that reflects the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. It's rare to encounter such dedication and care in service, and I’m genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything was handled. Because of this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my acquaintances who are looking for quality art and a reliable seller. It’s been a pleasure doing business with you, and I look forward to future opportunities to work together.

This artwork was described as uniquely hand-painted, but there is no sign of paint or brush strokes on most of it. It looks like an image was printed on canvas. Then a few tiny white outlines were not very accurately painted around a few leaves and stems. I believe it was false advertising to call it a "painting". The return policy does not allow refund if you used a promotional code for a discount. And I would have to return it to British Columbia and pay shipping and customs. Of course, I could describe the value as $50 for customs purposes (even though I paid nearly $1000) since that is what Kline Collective did when they shipped it. I thought I was dealing with a collective of artists in CA, but apparently not.

That said, we understand your concerns and will be following up with you directly to review your case in more detail. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention - we’re committed to making this right. Warm regards, Joanne
