Absolute pain. Hard to use, obscure language. You need to get a degree to be able to use it.

Daily incessant sales team doesn't know how to go away despite telling them to go away multiple times and remove me from all communications. Worse company in the WORLD, I cannot stress DO NOT USE THEM. Go to Mailchimp or ANY OTHER PROVIDER.

Worst customer experience. they just want to get your money, zero customer support.

Klavyio is a small piece of .... they let you make all the set up and when they see that you don't upgrade their plan they block you account. Big loss of time

Very disappointed. I am actually thinking of cancelling this service because of this. I created a list to suppress profiles so that we can stay in the lower profile account, since their plans are based on how many active profiles you have. The lists will sometimes expire randomly and auto bump you to a much higher plan and charge your card immediately. This is very frustrating and I have to get on with support in order to try and get a refund. They really need to do something about this.

Klaviyo’s pricing policy is unethical and exploitative, profiting off bots and spammers by inflating active profiles, leading to outrageous overcharges. Literally, a $20/month subscription can turn into over $500/mo within days thanks to their scammy dynamic pricing tiers. Yes, each bot visiting your site WILL create an active profile in Klaviyo, with or without event tracking from your website and Klaviyo WILL bump you up pricing tiers without your consent. When confronted, they refuse to acknowledge or address customer concerns. They happily treat customers like cattle, milking them for profit without accountability or remorse. Avoid Klaviyo at all costs!!
