Great onboarding and service!

Klaviyo has been a fantastic tool for our email marketing purposes. The tool is packed with valuable features that are easy to use and highly effective. Very user friendly. The support team is also very valuable, always quick to help and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Klaviyo for anyone looking to enhance their email marketing efforts.

The onboarding experience has been great. As an agency onboarding our biggest client so far, the support with migration to klaviyo and solving deliverability issues has been very valuable. Now our largest client has increased revenue from email by 200%, and we're just getting started!

Very good onboarding experience We switched to Klaviyo a few weeks ago and already notice amazing results for a price that is only a portion of what we used to pay with our previous solution. Klaviyo is very easy to use and training our collaborators was quick and efficient.

We moved to Klaviyo from Mailchimp and the Klaviyo team really took care of us in the transition. It was quite a stressful time because we were moving platforms, moving websites and the Gmail and Yahoo new sender requirements had just come into place, but Eoin and Lucas helped us through the process with ease, humour and a great attitude so all was well in the end. We have also contacted the support team on email with an issue we were having and they got back to us really promptly and helped us to fix it straight away. We are a small business of just 4 people with no in-house tech help, so having all this support was extremely helpful. Very impressed and would highly recommend Klaviyo to any business, big or small.
