I have been working with Klaviyo for several years now and in addition to all the merits of the platform today I would like to focus on their customer service/support. I have had the pleasure of being helped by FX on several occasions and their helpfulness and professionalism have led me to achieve very complex goals in terms of platform integrations and technical problems.

I am aware that there are dozens of good tools on the market for working with ecommerce, but I would not bet a single euro against the level of preparation of Klaviyo's support. There is no doubt that in order to receive answers of a certain level one must also ask questions with a high degree of depth, but Klaviyo remains in my opinion the ideal tool if one has a solid technical and strategic knowledge.

Great tool and the support is always on point. I'm using klaviyo for a while now and the service and the tool is great! The support is always quick and correct. Love that you have option to make use of the support system! Great documentation of the tool as well.
