Everything perfect

I can always count on Klaviyo support to help me out. This time, it was about a webhook that wasn’t working. No matter the issue, they respond quickly and always manage to resolve it. Thank you!

Why so many 1 Stars? Sheesh! There are lots of bad reviews here! I signed up a month ago and found Klaviyo far superior to the other four platforms I used in the past. Lucas Reymond was fantastic at helping me get my account warmed up. The live chat has been a lifesaver; I've been using it for over an hour every day for the last three weeks. Every other app I use on Shopify works with Klaviyo, so I no longer have to use annoying Zapier.

As layperson, I find their software very easy and intuitive to use. It has taken a bit of time to set up and learn about campaigns and flows but I really like that I can really see everything going on with my website. I can implement changes based on what I can see my customer interactions are.

The Customer Support Team did an excellent job at addressing our queries and providing assistance throughout the entire process. This was one of the best customer support experiences we have had so far.
