Have used klaviyo for 1 year with no issues, great app! But their support is horrible. Something with our dedicated domain got messed up 10 days ago, I immediately created a ticket, and haven't received a response in the last 5 days. They don't come with a resolution and just send their regular helpdesk documents. We are losing revenue everyday and our flows are completely broken. Please provide a solution ASAP.

We became a Klaviyo partner, but they call all our customers without our permission, they contact us via whatsapp. They also cause constant discomfort and what they are doing is not fair.

I've used Klaviyo for over a year, I pay over $6600 for their service, they don't offer phone support, the chat doesn't seem to work and their response to emails is slow. They also do not offer any support on the weekends. The segmentation is not accurate and drag a drop email template is not very versatile so I have to pay for a developer to hard code the emails (I was on mailchimp before and I did not have to do this). I am confused by all Klaviyo's great reviews they receive as the more I use the service, the more I feel it is not worth the money.

The sales people set up a call which i rush back to my office to attend. No call. Then going though my emails i find a random Zoom link for the call scheduled for the allotted time. The email was sent shortly before the call, very unprofessional. No mention that it would be a Zoom call on the meeting invite. The i try and delete my account from this company, this seems to be impossible! I then engage with the bot chat which to try and achience this, bot chats are wholey useless and are simply a service cop out. All in all a pathetic experience and i have just removed this comany from my digtial stratergy.

The sales rep Xanthe who sold our company on Klaviyo willfully misrepresented their terms and conditions. After months of marketing and dev investment, compliance disabled our account because our industry is not represented in their terms and conditions. We clearly stated our industry during sales and onboarding and complied with all GDPR regulations. We were not only told that our industry is represented, but that Klaviyo represents competitors in the space. This was a major loss of investment for our company.

So after many, many tries and much wasted time, Klaviyo finally managed to send me the correct link to sign up. Then I uploaded 489 contacts which magically showed up as 818 contacts (different price tier) in my Klaviyo list. But what's worse is that support (or probably a bot) sent me an email asking if there was anything else I need help with. So I replied (several times) with the list issue. Then they don't answer those emails either. Seems like the only way to get their attention is to tell others about my poor experience. Reply: given how many emails I’ve written my contact info should be in your system if you actually had a support system. My company is Mind+Beauty on Shopify.

The new pricing structure is a joke. Easily the most expensive platform out there now. I'm in the process of moving all 11 clients away from Klaviyo as all of them are now paying almost 3x more than they were before the pricing update. It's a shame because this used to be a 5* product.

They simply don't pay agency fees... STAY AWAY!!! If you're an agency bring your clients' campaigns somewhere else!
