The Big C.
This marketing tool has really good segmentation features and automation chops. The interface is clean and easy to use. We started using it when they first started out and have seen many new features come along. The only issue I have is the data reporting and limits on the number of emails you can send. This gets in the way, but is manageable.

There are good things about klavio. There are bad things. Overall it feels like a typical ESP with some of the advanced features when it comes to segmentation however clearly lacks advanced automation. Also customer support can sometimes be extremely annoying
