I wrote 3 different emails trying to ask for help on different issues, because even after following their guides for the whole day things still did not work. No response after 3 days, I paid $350 usd already on my first month. UPDATE: use the live chat feature to speak to them after u paid for a plan, and i got the solution i needed. just a bit annoying they wrote so many guides and its not very beginner friendly, u really have to spend a day or two to understand how to use klaviyo.
