Klaviyo is a must-have for any eCommerce business owner. As both the owner of a coffee company and a marketing agency, Klaviyo is the only tool is use to send email campaigns and automations. Not to mention the team there is the best!

Trish Caffrey is an absolutely amazing customer success manager. Her attention to detail is excellent, she has deep insights into email marketing strategy and completely understands customer requirements.

Klaviyo has all features you need for email marketing campaigns: flows, campaigns, signup forms, etc. The admin panel works fast. Easy to set up, support both web and server-side tracking.

Much prefer Klayvio over other providers like MailChimp or SendGrid! It does take a while to understand some more of the complex automation, but once it's set up it's pretty fire for personalization and segmentation purposes. Our account manager, Katelyn, is amazing and super knowledgeable. Our monthly meetings are incredibly useful feedback for our team. She helps us identify strategies we should be implementing to make our campaigns and flows more successful as well as robust ways of reporting. The quarterly reviews and comparative performance reports are really great and save our team a lot of time we'd usually spend generating those on our own. I will say that sometimes the support articles are lengthy, and you have to trudge through to find the exact answers you're looking for, but live chat is great.

A little expensive if you have extensive contact base, but overall very useful and comfortable to use.

We've been on Klaviyo for the last 3 years and our email program is stronger than ever. Klav allows us to easily segment and personalize content. The base platform has a lot of advanced features that are stable since the product is mature. I wish that the email capture was a little more sophisticated along with SMS. But I can tell it's getting there. Support isn't real-time but has gone above and beyond to help us out.
