This is my second experience of migrating to Klaviyo, having gone through the process with a previous company a few years back. Alex from the onboarding team provided a very detailed plan of action right from the start and guided us through the process swiftly. With new features to use since the last time (E.G SMS), he was able to set us up and answer any questions we had. Our weekly calls were really useful to keep us on track and go over company specific strategies we could deploy. The online chat service is also fantastic. I used this several times over the past few months and the team were quick to response, even on some very detailed issues. We have just completed the migration phase and will now begin the real start of our journey to grow our business.

I've been using Klaviyo since 2019 and their support team never fails to amaze me with their expertise and quick response time. I just send them an email through Klaviyo and in less than 24 hours I get my answer. I've asked them very complicated/out-of-this-world questions from clients and they always give me the best solution. They even attach loom videos with detailed explanations. customer support actually digs into your issue, without sending you a canned response. Very valuable rather than wasting time going back and forth with someone who doesn't understand the original query!

Great support! Really appreciate the extra efforts from the team to make the magic happen even when I get stumped. Love they get back within a 24 hr period every time, most times even earlier than 24 hrs.
