We have only been using Klaviyo for a short period of time but in that short space its clearly obvious that this marketing software can be a gamechanger for a lot of small business, especially if you have full integration from your ecommerce website into Klaviyo. Segmenting customers automatically into groups based on product categories is simple allowing you to send custom messages to certain groups of people (not actually done this yet though) but just by looking at the power it offers you is much better than anything we have used previously (Pardot, Mailchimp, Sendy etc). Where things get really good though is with the Flows. Keeping in touch with over 30,000 customers is difficult but Klaviyos flows allow you to easily keep in touch with customers automatically. For example, if a customer places an order but they does nothing for another 90 days, Klaviyo knows and you can automatically add them to a flow that drops them a series of "we miss you" emails after the 90 day period. Same goes for abandoned carts, for customers who may have just viewed a product or for those who add products to the basket but do nothing else afterwards. Its early days but its been years since I have been excited to get my teeth into new software. When creating your email templates you can even automatically and dynamically pull certain products into the website without going through the mundane task of creating images / descriptions etc. Its just an incredible tool. Yes there are some negative reviews but most seem to be relating to the support or billing. If you know what you are doing, understand how to create an email template and can get your head around how to put customers into lists and segments, then Klaviyo is by a mile the best value product on the market that I have found. This is why loads of massive companies use it and I bet they make an absolute packet out of Klaviyo. So far so good. Fantastic Product.

My company moved from Mailchimp to Klaviyo to increase revenue and automate more processes. As well, we work with Salesforce, which involves a lot of development work, and Klaviyo makes this easier. Is a great platform, with a lot of great options to segment and create a lot of flows. Thanks to their support team, I have found the entire process to be very easy and efficient. The onboarding process was also very easy and pleasant. A special thanks goes out to Tamsin, who made this experience so much easier, more interesting, and more enjoyable than it could have been.

I have been using this company for about a year and haven't been able to put my full attention on their services because I was working a full-time job and working my business part time. Now I'm full-time in my business i have learned so much that i never knew lol...the strategies they have set up for you to research and grow from are amazing. The test they have you take after completing a course is very good. One good thing about this company is you have to study and be determined to learn the steps they have in place to grow.
