ITS A SCAM! They keep charging us money while I do not use their service. Tried to contact them many times but just do not reply in a way that helps (only standard answers no solutions) Hereby my last email to them: Hi Klaviyo, I wrote you guys multiple times allready You keep charging us while we not use your services In the attachment you find the transactions We dit not authorize these and we do not use your services. I filed chargebacks allready ​Also I am going to inform financial regulators about your doings. This is not acceptable. Please confirm refund of these payments and please stop charging I do NOT have a login, i do NOT use your services and I do NOT want to use your services. This is an absolute scam Do not ask me for usernames and that kind of stuff. I do not know a username because I do not want to be your client. ​Multiple times I informet you about this allready but no action is taken. If I do not get a confirmation within 24 hours that this 'subscription' is ended and the amounts will be refunded I will place reviews everywheren and inform press about your wrong doings ​With the payments attached you have the info you need to end this

Trash company, the email flows don't work and there is no support for the free plan. So annoying why can't it just work

Klaviyo will not stop spamming my phone with sales calls, despite asking to be removed from their list and put on a do not contact list. I've had to block 3-4 different sales employees from calling me non-stop monday through friday. It's getting ridiculous.

Nightmare to work with nightmare to get a hold of - They are invoicing me for 2 different accounts - Trying to get hold of them sorry nobody available hang up.... emailing them catcha doesn't allow you to get through - Buyer certainly beware

I wanted access to the Advanced KDP features to integrate their webhooks into out system for out customers. I asked support explicitely if subscribing to a basic plan and starting a specific free trial would grant me access top the webhooks. The support confirmed and I subscribed. This was a down right lie as it did in fact not grant me access.

The subtle pricing change has become a scam. Support does not know how to handle it, and they continue to charge customers. After several years, it is time for a change. The way you implemented the pricing change was poorly executed and managed.

I’ve been with Klaviyo 5 years. We were paying $625/month. Today we received a bill for $2765 AND $625! When I got ahold of their online support chat they said that we have 400,000+ active profiles which is simply NOT true. We did not change anything and all those profiles were inactive. They are trying to scam us by somehow making all those profiles active which we did NOT do on our end! Trying to deal with their support team now, this is a scam!
