Crystal Lantern came in 2 weeks. lovely lamp, got the gold color. It lasts fairly long compared to my other lamps. Customer service was a little slow to reply but they got back to me eventually has worked out great us.

I have now bought three pairs of the Crystal Lantern (for me & my kids), and although the last parcel got lost during transport, I soon after received a replacement. Delighted client

Like another reviewer I was afraid this was a scam after I placed the order. However I just received the lamps and they did not disappoint, really nice product. The delivery tracking feature on the website was also very useful

I purchased 2 lamps and am absolutely thrilled with them. They did take a couple of weeks to arrive. I contacted them by email and they responded very quickly. I have read some of the bad reviews and did panic that it was a scam!! However it definitely isn’t and I am really pleased with my purchase

Good experience Despite the reviews on here, my experience was great. The product took a couple weeks to arrived, expected, but customer service was helpful towards my inquiries. Product is very good looking too!
