Hi CW, Are you able to give me your order # so I can properply address this situation? Why weren't we able to help? Why didn't we send a replacement with express shipping? Our customer service averages a response time of less than 48 hours - so why do you feel that it wasn't great? Hi There, Our customer service replies within 24-48 hours for all customers. Can you let me know your order #? We can go ahead and process this refund for you. Our 30-day policy is there for any customers that want to return the item before that time. Upon purchase - you are agreeing to that policy. Hi Kevin, Looking at our system it says you ordered the Luminous Elegance lamp on the 4th of December and received it on the 13th of December. It was delivered to your front porch as shown on the tracking page of the courier service we used. Our 30-day guarantee is exactly that, a guarantee for a full money's refund if you would like to do so within the 30 day period. If you put an inquiry into returning the lamps for a refund prior to the 30 day time period, we can give you a full refund immediately. Hi Michelle, This is not the case for Klarako. All our lights arrive in safe packaging branded with the Klarako logo. Can I ask what product you ordered? Maybe we can get proof of packaging. Also, your last name + order # as we are unable to source your order from just your first name. With this information we can start the replacement or refund process to better assist you. Hi Dennis, We have a strict 90-day warranty for products that arrive broken, and we've fulfilled this promise for any user that asks within the 90 day period. Therefore, this doesn't make sense that you would recieve a defective lamp and not get a refund. Hi Erna - we offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you'd like to return the lights that you are not satisfied with. Many customers who aren't pleased will go down this route.
