4 out of 5 stars just because our order arrived with a small scratch but Klarako quickly replaced it with a new lamp so i'm very happy for that. Thank you

Hi 米特里·傑克, Our deepest apologies for the scratch you faced. We ship thousands of orders a day so its hard to check every single one. I ordered two lights and needed some assistance from customer service, but they were able to be resolved.

Hi Melissa - the videos that we require is mandatory because we need proof that what you are saying is true. If we didn't have this proof - any customer could claim a broken light. This is also written on our product page and checkout page as a requirement for return. Its the only fair way we can reimburse customers who honestly did not like their lights or recieved a faulty unit. We do offer return shipping and also pay for it on our customers behalf - please if you have not yet recieved your refund, contact our support email as we'd like to reimburse you right away for this pain mistake.
