Quality issue, disappointing service and an incomplete refund I paid €520 for my KITH order and returned it after repeatedly reporting a quality issue. What followed was repeated correspondence with customer service, only to receive a refund of €465 - €55 less than I originally paid. I have asked KITH to explain the deduction and refund the outstanding amount. Having to chase a resolution and then question an incomplete refund has made an already disappointing experience even more frustrating. For a brand charging premium prices, I expected better quality and much better after-sales support. A return prompted by a quality issue should not leave the customer out of pocket. This experience has seriously undermined my confidence in ordering from KITH ever again.

Geachte klantenservice van Kith, Bij het bestellen van schoenen heb ik per abuis een adres gebruikt waar geen huisnummer op stond. Vervolgens is er door de Kith of de Coureursdienst een huisnummer verzonnen. Op dit verzonnen adres heeft men mijn pakket bezorgd. Dit terwijl het label voorzien was van mijn telefoonnummer en het pakket ook naar een afhaal locatie had kunnen worden gebracht. Na een klacht over dat mijn pakket kwijt was, is er alleen aangegeven dat KITH geen geld terugstort wanneer het pakket verkeerd zou zijn geplaatst of succesvol zou zijn bezorgd. Door de inspanningen van de inwoner van het verzonnen adres heb ik het pakketje als nog kunnen ontvangen. Van Kith? Daar heb ik tot op heden niets meer op inhoud van gehoord.

Do not offer refunds and charge a restocking fee! AI responds to emails and is wrong. This AI shit is worse than nothing. No free shipping. Feel ripped off and will NEVER shop there again.
