KITHReviews of kith.com

I love fashion and have had a lot of experience shopping online. Of course, there have been occasional mistakes, but the way they were handled was always smooth, professional, and excellent.

The team at Kith have been awesome. To start I was able to purchase some sneaks that were an amazing collab with Kith and New Balance. Secondly I had an issue with some aspects and they were in tune immediately with the issue and sorted it out with minimal fuss and quickly.

Orders three pair of custom Knicks Nike over 100 days ago.... still haven't received them & still no response from Kith. Almost $500 Never again

Got a response quickly and send to another person to resolve. That person also answered very quickly and took care of my issue. follow up was excellent. It is good to see a quality CS dept. Thanks KITH!

Responds promptly and able to resolve concens. Aside from quality products/collabs, customer service is really good!

Just a decent bunch of people trying to accommodate a customer. But it was clear to me that they just went above and beyond. Lovely to see such excellent customer service.
