Received half my order and stopped replying to emails. Trash

Horrible company. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Placed an order nearly 2 months ago and still have not received the order. Sent multiple emails and voicemails (because no one ever answers the phone) with no response. Finally disputed the charge with Paypal and the BBB. Can't believe this company is still in business. If your thinking about placing an order with this company, DONT DO IT!!!

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. This company is terrible, shady, and immoral, I should have looked into them before placing an order. It seems like I have the same complaints and issues as others on here. I emailed them after not hearing anything about a delay or even order being shipped out and told them I would just like my money refunded. They finally responded that they were trying to process he refund but the order was on the truck and sent out before they could complete the refund. That was well over 1.5 months ago. I have sent multiple emails asking to refund my money. The few times they have actually responded they just say it's been shipped and now it's my problem to go to the post office and talk to them. They refuse to do anything to rectify the issue. I have never dealt with a business this terrible that does not take care of their customers whatsoever. I am starting to believe the previous reviews saying this is just a scam. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but when multiple people have the same complaints then something fishy is definitely going on. Someone needs to investigate this 'business' asap.

Beware! Kitch’n is stealing money from people. They take orders, keep the money and do not fill orders. I emailed twice and got one response saying they are behind on orders with no further explanation. I left two phone messages. On their message they say they are too busy to answer and they would call back in three days. They never called back. Do not trust them. Go somewhere else to buy what you want.

Items were paid for. I was provided a tracking number, but the items do not show as ever being given to USPS. They created a label but that's it. They do not reply to emails or messages.

BEWARE, Only reason for the 1star is because a zero was not available. Ordered 2 products over a week ago still no tracking or delivery. Called left 3 VM no response. Stay Away.

Wrong items sent,17 emails and phone calls with no response, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SELLERS!!!!!BTW I'm issue is still on going....2/20/24 start date ,it 4/3/2024 today and still no satisfaction....these people are real jerks...reason for 1 star is because they're aren't any 0's
