Scam placed order have not received No call backs no phone Do not order!!

I placed an order that took a month or more to finally receive. Between the time I ordered and the time I received my order I sent multiple emails and they responded to zero of them. I called and they did not answer the phone. I left messages and they never called back. The web site is lacking a lot of information and it looks very cheap/generic. I had to get my money back through my bank because they had my order in process for about 3 weeks. I figured I would never get my product. I believe this company is shady and I will never do business with them again. I finally got my product but because of the experience I had with this company and the fact that I got my money back through the bank, I returned the product to Kitch'n. I didn't trust that the product was safe for consumption because of how unprofessional they were.

I placed an order on January 15th, 2024 and had to email them to get the order shipped. Received the order and guess what? It was wrong and they shorted me items. I put in a call and now I wait. If they don't call me back on Monday, I will be filing with my bank for a refutation of charges. Don't order from Kitch'n, it's not worth the aggravation.

I have the same experience. I ordered something in December and then they never delivered and have gone completely silent. I don't think they company is in business anymore. Do not buy from this site.

DON'T DO IT!! Sounds like the same complaint as everyone else. Ordered 12/19/23 and it is now Jan 23. 2024 and no items, no updates, no repsonses from this company. Nothing! I filed a complaint with BBB along with the over 40 complaints about them already in there. Now I just want my money back! I will have to fight with the bank now to get that reversed. Great! I just wanted some dang jelly!

Horrible customer service. Sent numerous emails and left messages regarding order that I placed for Christmas. Received the order few days ago. Tried to get updates via email and phone. I tried to cancel as was christmas gift no response. Filed complaint through PayPal

Ordered some food items on Dec.1. They took the payment from my bank account on Dec. 8 and never sent the item. Couldn't get any updates on the website. Sent 3 messages and left 2 voicemails. Nothing. Emailed again and threatened to call BBB. They finally replied but still didn't ship my items! I had to call my bank and dispute the payment, fill out paperwork, and email this company AGAIN, 3weeks after my order date, to tell them my course of action. Hours and hours spent on some damn pancake mix! Got it from Walmart delivered in 3 days , cheaper.

Fake company! Had to file dispute after trying the so called company phone number. Took 2 months! SCAMMED! FAKE FAKE FAKE!
