This company has to be a scam. I placed an order on February 23, 2021. Today is April 6th and I still have not received my order. But they have my money. No communication or response when I write a comment on their site. They don't answer their phone. My credit card stated "Michael's Closet" as the seller. Yeah - this company has to be some guy sitting in a closet somewhere scamming people out of their money.

I also placed an order with this company in January of 2021. Have taken my money and not given me the items ordered. Have called and sent numerous emails. Only reply was an order update that said items were being packaged. Since then absolutely NO replies to my inquiries. Will be filing complaints with BBB and PA Attorney General office.

Should have read these reviews before placing my order. Same thing as all the others. Took my money & no product, no return calls or emails. Extremely disappointed and angry. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to order from this company

I placed an order on this site. My PayPal account was immediately set to 'pending,' and the product was immediately listed as 'no longer available.' After 8 working days with no updates, I called the customer number. No answer, so I left a voicemail. Sent an email to customer service; it bounced. I checked for online reviews, and found MANY unhappy customers. Cancelled the order immediately (though as of 02/03, the charge is still 'pending'). Best I can tell you is, don't try to buy something from this company. If it isn't a scam, it's one guy in his basement and he's in deep over his head.

I am not one to post reviews but hope this helps someone else avoid this seller. Seller claims UPS never scanned or lost the package (tracking number states UPS never got it) and refuses to issue a refund. I never received the order. Had to dispute the charge with the credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB. Lesson: always check business reviews before ordering from a new online vendor.

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering! My mom wanted something for Christmas and sent me the link to the Kitchn website. I assumed she had ordered from it before, so I didn’t check into it at all. Item said “shipped” but never updated after that. Never got it. No response to my email. No response to my phone call, where I left a message on what was clearly not even a business number? Then the charge mysteriously disappeared off my bank account. So weird, but I’m thankful for that at least.
