I should have read reviews before placing an order on December 6th. Still no delivery!!

Placed an order and when I finally received the package they didn’t ship the entire order although they said they did. Unable to make contact with them. After numerous attempts I finally filed a claim through PayPal and that’s when the sent a message offering a partial refund on the item I never received.

Simple order is taking more than two weeks to ship. Company refuses to answer emails beyond saying the items are in the "packing" stage. This goes on for days. Company eventually creates a shipping label and claims some (not all) of the items are shipping. Items still have not shipped. Company phone number goes straight to voicemail during business hours. Seems like a scam!

I ordered two Faberware nonstick skillets. One showed up bent. They called it cosmetic and refused a refund. Bent nonstick is not something I will cook with. They are also almost completely noncommunicative.

I order some items a month ago and never received item. I called many times and sent email. Customer service said a manager would return my call or email. I have not heard back. This is a scam and I'm going to report them.

I ordered 1 case of Le Parfait 32 oz. (100 mm) Wide Mouth Familia Wiss Terrines. The order took 2 weeks, which is a bit long. But, I finally received them. However, 2 of the jars were shattered. The original mfg packaging was shrink wrapped very tightly in a short cardboard box. The problem is that Kitchn.com packed that box into another box that was marginally larger and with just literally a few pieces of paper. I tried contacting them via their website form and have also tried numerous times to call but no one ever picks the phone up. Oddly, when I was checking out, their system prompts you to add or decline shipping insurance. I don't remember how much they wanted for it but no on-line retailer adds on insurance. So, I opted against it. Now, I'm wondering if that's just a scam. I also have to ask myself, would they answer my credit request only if I opted for the insurance.

Placed order over two weeks ago, has never shipped. Called and received voicemail, no reply. Sent email too. I now see similar complaints online. BBB has rated them a “F” with many complaints too. Avoid - may be a scam.

They didn't even charge my card. The order shows up when I log in but hasn't been updated since I placed it two weeks ago. Left a message on the phone which of course wasn't returned. Stinks because I ordered a gift and now I'll have to hustle to find it somewhere else. No way this is a legitimate business.
