Kitchen Cabinet KingsReviews of kitchencabinetkings.com

Ordered the Petite White assembled cabinets. Website is very easy to navigate and was able to select all the pieces needed for the project myself, including custom depths. Although the product arrived with a lot of damage, it was quickly addressed by customer support and replacements were sent in a very timely manner. Due to their quick response and resolution I would order again.

I love the style of the cabinets. Shipping was very quick, and the customer service before ordering was excellent. They answered all of my questions, and even double checked my order before it shipped. We ordered the RTA cabinets, and putting them together was pretty simple to do. Installing was also a breeze. I wish that they would allow a bit more time to check for damage. We were not able to get to all our boxes, and unfortunately we had one side a bit dinged up. I was able to make it look okay, but giving a bit more time would have allowed us to report it and receive a replacement. Overall, I am very satisfied.

When someone walks into my kitchen and says "Wow, this is beautiful", I know that I made the right decision to buy from KCK. I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the overall value for the price. My kitchen came out beautifully. I would have given a 5-star review if it wasn't for the lack of instructions on how to build and assemble the cabinet and panels for the refrigerator. If you are a DIY'er like I am, make sure that you understand how to build these out on your own. I had to hire a contractor to do this piece.

Really pleased of the service

Got exactly what we ordered on time. We are very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship.

I received very good customer service, they worked with me on all design possibilities and provided me with a sketch of my kitchen so I could view it finished. It was simple and easy and the cabinets look great. Good quality with all solid materials.

I’ve had my cabinets for 4 years and they still look great and function without problems. The loss of a star is due to the assembly with a lack of any real directions. This issue may have been resolved since I ordered my cabinets, but regardless I would still recommend kitchen cabinet kings. The customer service was helpful and my cabinets are of good quality for an affordable price.

Excellent cabinets and service was great. The only thing that I had problems with was how to hang the cabinets like in the picture and what each piece was for. We were able to muddle through but the picture was so much better. Instructions would have been wonderful and I could have given a 5 star review!! thank you for planting a tree in my name!!!
