Had to contact customer services over a small issue and to say they were helpful is an understatement!! By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Matter resolved immediately and without fuss. Brilliant company with great kit.

Bags are relatively heavy
Bags are relatively heavy, VERY hard to use zips, nowhere near as big as I thought they would be so limited use. In fact not using them, nowhere to put a mug, no room for eg a Dry Robe. Wish I'd kept the packaging. Looked good and was going to recommend to our 1200+ user group

We are so sorry that you are disappointed with your bag. Of course, we do pride ourselves on quality and usefulness, and for our products absolutely being fit for purpose. We do try hard to be generic, combining sizing with functionality and research into optimum kit fit, whatever the sport or activity. We do have team members that fit a KitBrix poncho, a pair of running shoes and a 900ml water bottle inside. With the addition of being able to fit keys, spare shorts and other bits and pieces in the zipped internal and external compartments. I am sorry that the product does not meet your expectations, but we are transparent with sizing and capacity details on our website. We do hope that you will decide to use your bag and that it brings many years of use.

Excellent dry bags and a generous level of kit offered FOC as part of the deal when signing up to British Cycling. The kit does seem to be very good quality.

Got my Kitbrix bag free with my British cycling membership and have used it loads already on my daily commute by bicycle. Well made and very spacious. Highly recommended
