The Hero Bag is a sturdy, well put together and robust bag, and does everything it should do very well. I already own one of these and wanted a couple extra. However, I ordered mid November with KitBrix's initial Black Friday offer, unfortunately my initial order failed to turn up, the customer service team were excellent, apologetic and re-sent my order, expedited delivery. The day my two bags arrived, the marketing team reduced the price by a further 10 percent: what a kick in the teeth for a returning loyal customer! I would give 5 out of 5 to the customer service team, and ZERO out of 5 to the marketing team who really know how to rub a customer up the wrong way. The average would be two and a half, but you get rounded down in this case.

Bags are relatively heavy, VERY hard to use zips, nowhere near as big as I thought they would be so limited use. In fact not using them, nowhere to put a mug, no room for eg a Dry Robe. Wish I'd kept the packaging. Looked good and was going to recommend to our 1200+ user group
