All my Winter kit fits into the tote bag for cold water dipping, outside zipped pocket is ideal for car keys, would definitely recommend this bag

Love my new kitbrix bags. I bought a duo set to separate my wearables from my technical kit. It is just perfect, multiple zipped pockets on the inside & stash webbed pouches on the inside.

The dry robe was marked with like a mud or tyre mark on the outside- made it not look new. So not sure what that was but couldn’t face the faff of returning and am sure it’ll be fine. Love the warmth of it- used first time today. Would prefer to have had pink rather than green but overall pleased with it

I ordered three bags and found one was missing a strap and sport tiles. My heart sank as customer service is a dying art and thought I’d struggle to get the missing items. I was contacted by Dawn very quickly after leaving a message. She was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely upset that the order wasn’t complete. She offered to send me the missing items immediately. I was subsequently contacted by Charlie from the warehouse who was similarly upset with the missing items and keen to make sure I received what I needed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare and very much appreciated. The quality of the bags and the brilliance of the customer service mean I am absolutely certain to order again and with complete confidence that I will receive top quality product from a company that cares about their customers. Thank you Dawn and Charlie, keep up the brilliant work.

I brought a kitbrix bag and it arrived properly and in plastic free packaging. It was good quality and as advertised. I needed to return the bag for other reasons and although it was past the 14 return window they still allowed me to return it and I got a full refund. Fantastic customer service and extremely understanding.
