I like the bag however, its not very comfortable. I do think it could use with a bit more padding on the straps when used as a backpack. I wore it today as a backpack and my shoulders still hurt. I also don't understand why the water bottle holder is inside?

Light product , long practical handles. The zips are quite sticky and the one outside at the side gets easily stuck and caught with the inside bag lining. Good rubber base and spacious room

The dry robe was marked with like a mud or tyre mark on the outside- made it not look new. So not sure what that was but couldn’t face the faff of returning and am sure it’ll be fine. Love the warmth of it- used first time today. Would prefer to have had pink rather than green but overall pleased with it

Ordering a second bag in a different colour withe the advertised discount was not straightforward took several attempts to prove to myself discount had been applied. Which is mentioned right at the start and right at the very end but not in between. Could be made clearer sooner.

Unfortunately the product arrived damp and foisty but once dried and cleaned now seems to be ok.

the zips are a little tricky on the bricks. not smooth and take a bit of force which i worry with cause damage

My first experience was much better than the second one, as with the second order apparently there was a glitch and the navy poncho which I order wasn’t done n stock, so I said I will wait, I received one email with apologies for delay and eventually the poncho arrived without notification of shipping or any other email. Not sure what I expect it but I’m m not quite satisfied with the process. After all it’s 21 century and communication should be a problem.
