I am sad to rate so poorly as I love my hero bag. However my husband purchased me a tote pack for Christmas. The incorrect item was sent. Customer services have still not resolved this despite numerous emails. I have returned the incorrect item, which they received 8 days ago. But have failed to respond to any messages or to send the correct item out

The best concept, modular bags! But poorly executed, the zips fail within a year. Do not buy, look elsewhere.

Hi Rob, Thank you for your feedback, we have popped you an email as we would very much like to resolve this issue with you. If possible, would you be able to let us know the batch number of your bag ( can be found on a white label in the zipped pocket in the main body if the bag) so that we can investigate any issues with this batch. Our Customer Service Team would very much like to hear from you so that we can rectify this situation.

The bag looks good. You are unable to carry it as a rucksack as it only comes with 1 strap. I have contacted the company to ask about obtaining 2nd strap, which with a bad that cost you £100 does not seem unreasonable. They came back with the most unhelpful answerof simple: "NO, you need to buy another bag!!" However, wneh my boyfriend contacted them they sold hom a strap. But not without arguing. It is dissapointing that one must go and argue to obtain something, while if you are just a regular customer, all you hear is an unhelpful NO.

Dear Ania. We are so very sorry to hear of your recent experience with our Customer Service Team. The response that you received was not a standard response that we would expect you to receive. It is correct that the bag does only come with one strap, and that with the purchase of two bags, they can then be zipped together, and can be worn as a backpack. However, you should have been given the option of buying a spare strap to allow you to carry one bag as a backpack. We are disappointed that this option was not offered to you, and with the response that you received. We sincerely apologise for this.
