My bag had less freeze dried pieces…
My bag had less freeze dried pieces which amounts to maybe 1 in each meal which is a disappointment.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. Because our nuggets are freeze-dried, some settling or crumbling can happen during shipping. Each bag is portioned to include the same amount of nuggets, but we understand how it’s disappointing to see fewer intact pieces. I paid for a 3 day delivery and it…
I paid for a 3 day delivery and it hasn’t arrived after 1 week and will not deliver until Dec1, an extra week.

Tried many dog food,this is the best.
I am proud to have your dog food. I have had a great experience with my orders. It is on a great schedule. I have had no issues. My dog's out put in the yard is less. My picky eater so loves Kismet!

My dogs LOVE this food
My dogs LOVE this food. My heavy allergy dog has improved since switching from a hypoallergenic prescription dog food to Kismet - this will not be the case all the time, but has worked well for her. I reached out to customer service once regarding ingredients and received a very prompt reply.
