Hi, first of all, thank you for being such a great customer! I am very sorry for the delays that you have experienced. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, we have very little control over what happens en route to you. I do see that the order you are referring to does seem to be lost in transit. We are refunding that order for you and sending a free replacement for you. You are correct, our shipping standards are not as good as Amazon's, which has an enormous infrastructure to support its delivery business. We are still a rather small company. We do appreciate your business, and please let us know if we can adjust your subscription to maybe give a little buffer in case an order is delayed again in the future. While we work hard to deliver every order on time, shipping partners do occasionally lose packages. As soon as this came to our attention, we issued a full refund on December 22.
