I am happy with this dog food but it is just too expensive for me.

Thank you for the honest feedback — we're really glad to hear you're happy with the food itself, and we understand that price is a big factor in choosing what's sustainable for your household. We appreciate you giving Kismet a try and sharing your thoughts with us. 🐾

My dog is very finicky amd will eat this food. His allergies are doing well also. Love the quality and ease of feeding him well. My only complaint is the price is steep.

Thank you so much for sharing this—it really means a lot to hear that your dog is not only eating well but doing better with his allergies too! We know how tough it can be to find a food that a finicky pup will actually enjoy, so that's wonderful news. We completely understand the concern about price, and we appreciate you being upfront about it; we're always working to source high-quality ingredients as efficiently as possible to keep costs reasonable without compromising on quality. Thanks again for trusting us with your dog's health and for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback!

All's good. My only wish is it were less expensive. Maybe a senior citizen discount.
Response from KismetSep 7, 2026
Thanks so much for the feedback—we're glad things are going well overall, and we hear you on the price! A senior citizen discount is a fun idea, and while we can't promise that, we always appreciate hearing thoughts like this as we look for ways to make our products more accessible.

I've been combining Kismet product with another dog food and my dog, Lily, loves it. I started using it when she had digestive issues and it helped her back to better health. I'd like to save some money by setting up auto delivery but company has set number of weeks to select from; this doesn't work for me because I combine with another brand.

I love how clean the ingredients are, and how fresh they are. And my dog seemed to enjoy the change in her food. We had received this as a sample and she enjoyed it!

My dogs liked this ok.they even seemed to eat dry food better with it. But as far as helping their coat I didn't notice to much.

Thanks so much for the honest feedback! We're glad your dogs are enjoying it and eating their dry food better. Coat results can take 6-8 weeks to show since it follows the hair growth cycle, so if you're not quite there yet, feel free to reach out to us directly — we'd love to help you see better results.

My families experience with Kismet when I was offered a free sample in order to give a honest review. Very fortunate to have this happen as this is such a great product for I would think most pets are like ours, a fairly finicky Yorkie, this has been a great option! Are Yorky, pepper, will not fall for us wrapping a vitamin or even crushing it and putting it inside of a slice of cheese or cottage cheese or a slice of ham or other meat. And she loves these foods! But she has not noticed that we’ve been sprinkling this on her dinner for several weeks now. She is just four years old and seems to be very healthy and active still, but we would like to keep this up, and I honestly feel these vitamins are very good for her. Her coat is shinier and even softer. She isn’t taking as many naps and she seems way more alert for when we are giving her instructions. We are still on our sample shaker container, but will be looking at purchasing more as it empties out. I would recommend this product and your company to all other dog owners who struggle with trying to get their pup to regular regularly take a supplement!
