Have not received order.

Really poor experience, I placed an order of a couple hundreds dollars, the items were intended as gifts for a Halloween lover who collects a specific folk artists designs, I assumed as the items were in stock on the website to purchase - that they were available to ship, nowhere on the page did it state that the items were not available to ship at present, a couple weeks went by and I emailed to ask what was happening, to be told they didn’t have a few of the items to ship, very disappointed I wasn’t told this sooner so I could have been refunded sooner and went elsewhere to try and find the items by the date required for the birthday. I was then told they were expected to ship by the end of a certain week, that came and gone with no communication, I had to ask again to be told they still didn’t have the stock. In the end after many weeks I asked for a refund, my payment to the company was instant, I was refunded by e-echeque (not instant) so that was more time waiting. I now don’t have the items I intended to give as birthday gifts and it was too late for me to try and source elsewhere. Communication was very poor and I find it really misleading to advertise items for sale when you don’t have the stock, atleast be transparent and state that they are pre-order and there’s no delivery date in sight so people buying as gifts don't end up in this situation. They were NOT marked as pre-order when I purchased, there’s was absolutely nothing on the page to suggest such or on the title heading of the items, I even went back and looked and my friend also looked as we were wondering why it was taking so long to ship. I also paid for shipping, I didn’t choose the free shipping option.
