Thank you to amber who has been corresponding with me when Usps couldn’t deliver package do to address in NewYork couldn’t be validated. Amber emailed me Throughout the ordeal. I commend her for keeping in contact with me. I was able to send package to lady that I ordered earrings for that she could give to a friend of hers. Amber went above and beyond and I thank her again. Tanya Williams

All pieces are delightful as always. Thank you.

I ordered a teapot. Don’t know what happened to it. I only got a piece of the box, placed inside of a plastic bag, inside an envelope, from the post office. I sent an email with pictures to their claims department. The lady I dealt with was very kind. She sent another teapot to me right away. Told me when to expect it and there it was! Wish the big companies would learn from the small ones as to how to treat their customers. Thank you.

Pleased to receive another of your Lori Mitchell creations. It was a gift & she loved it. I have a wonderful collection of her work. They always bring a smile to my face, & everyone always asks where I got them. Your staff is always helpful & delightful as well. Sincerely, Marilyn
