Luca, You placed multiple discounted orders during our 70%-off sale and redeemed loyalty rewards for further savings. These orders were combined into one shipment to reduce waste and cost. The total shipping cost we paid exceeded what you were charged, and proof of that was shared with you directly. Your request for a full refund of all shipping fees was declined as it fell outside our stated policy. Afterward, you posted multiple reviews regarding the same issue and were restricted from future purchases due to repeated hostile communication. We stand by our ethics, transparency, and fair treatment of all customers. Our goal is to serve our community with integrity and kindness, even when a resolution isn’t possible.

Hi, Cathy. We're sorry to hear that you are unpleased with your purchase. There are a few items that we'd like to address, since you chose to write a negative review. First, I don't show that we received ANY communication from you. If you had enquired about your order, we could have let you know that the item that you chose is a seasonal item and that it was clearly marked as pre-order - as shown by the PRE-ORDER button on our website, in place of the BUY NOW button. We would have explained that the item you chose is handmade in the United Kingdom - and we could have directed you to other options that would arrive in time for Christmas gift-giving. There is also a description of our seasonal pre-order policy on every page. Also, I do see that your tracking was marked as delivered at the address that you provided on January 28th. Your complaint there is with the United States Postal Service, as we do not actually deliver the items to your home. Even though it's not our fault if your package was stolen or misdelivered, we do always try to work with customers to make them happy. Most companies are less inclined when customers take complaints to a public forum before giving them the chance to fix it :)

Trust us...If we could give you a review as a customer, it would be even worse. We had your order in stock, but canceled your order because you are RUUUUUUUUUDE and obnoxious. If anyone else is reading this review, we offer seasonal PRE-ORDERS as a courtesy to our guests - most of whom are thrilled about the opportunity to secure merchandise before it sells out. These items are clearly marked as pre-order and they ship out within 24 hours of arrival to our warehouse. Any questions about our pre-order policy, just message us at [email protected].

Liz, these items are clearly marked as PRE-ORDER on our website. They haven't been released from the manufacturer yet - and we ship as soon as the items are released. Since you didn't understand the terms under which you made this purchase, we have gone ahead and refunded your order. Further, we don't have any record of a communication from you requesting the status of the order.
