I ordered a one hole kitchen faucet, not so.
I ordered a one hole kitchen faucet. When I went to install it I discovered you had to use a plate. That was ok except for you still need 3 holes to secure the plate under the sink. Well I was going to try and drill the two side holes in the granite. The description should not say 1 hole faucet.

Hi Darrell, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the product description. Our Technical Support team reviewed the KS888SN and confirmed that no additional holes are required for installation. While some customers may choose to drill additional holes to further secure the deck plate, this is optional and not necessary for a standard installation. We truly appreciate your feedback and apologize again for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to our Support Manager, Javier, at [email protected] Thank you again for your time and support.
