Great customer service!

The faucets I purchased are great quality, but the customer service/technical support leaves a lot to be desired. I sent an email with a relatively simple question about installation, and also called, waited on hold for 30 minutes, then got dropped into a voice mail mode, where I left a voice mail. Both of these inquiries from me have NOT been answered yet, and it's been 5 days thus far.

Experience was great as a new customer!! However I was unable to use the items I purchased as they were the wrong connection for my tub. But I would definitely refer friends and family to this company. Waiting for my refund at this time .

The trouble started right off the bat. We called because we couldn’t figure out what set up to get for our new shower. We didn’t know if we should get the entire kit or if we should just get the parts separately, so my husband called and the guy he talked to was not helpful at all. so our questions weren’t answered and we still didn’t know exactly what to order. So I went ahead and ordered the whole kit and it turns out that when the kit arrived there were many parts we didn’t need so totally wasted money there. then the hand shower that wentvwith it wasn't compatible with the rest of the unit. when I called to say that the hand shower wasn’t compatible. I was told that we did it wrong. However, the plumber I had not only is very experienced but is a friend of ours and so wasn’t going to lie to us about that. So now we paid almost $2000 for a shower kit with many parts we don’t need and a hand shower that doesn’t work with the rest of the unit.

Ordered the bridge faucet with cross handles in brushed nickel, got here in four days wrapped up well. Put it in over the weekend, looks just like the pictures and no drips so far.

Great experience from start to finish! LeJuan Plummer couldn’t have been better at working with me to find just the right products and get the best pricing and explaining all the necessary billing and shipping details. She is just a lovely person to work with. Most importantly my the Installed plumbing fixtures that I bought are beautiful and high quality. Very happy all the way around.

The strainers leak needed to be replaced

Although I have bought their products a number of times because they visually appeal to me, their customer service is horrendous. They do not stand by their products like Pegasus, Delta, Moen or Kohler who send parts out right away. While still under warranty, a simple plastic retainer nut became defective. They made me send a video of the inside of the tank while flushing to prove the problem. They finally approved a little plastic ring nut smaller than a dime that had nothing to do with what I needed, and probably cost about a dime. When i let them know they sent the wrong part, they started ignoring me. All this time for a little plastic part and giving me a hard time and now this treatment. This is a cheap company and not consumer friendly at all. Save yourself a headache and do NOT buy from this company. Buy from any of the consumer friendly companies I mentioned but not Kingston Brass.
