Although I have bought their products a number of times because they visually appeal to me, their customer service is horrendous. They do not stand by their products like Pegasus, Delta, Moen or Kohler who send parts out right away. While still under warranty, a simple plastic retainer nut became defective. They made me send a video of the inside of the tank while flushing to prove the problem. They finally approved a little plastic ring nut smaller than a dime that had nothing to do with what I needed, and probably cost about a dime. When i let them know they sent the wrong part, they started ignoring me. All this time for a little plastic part and giving me a hard time and now this treatment. This is a cheap company and not consumer friendly at all. Save yourself a headache and do NOT buy from this company. Buy from any of the consumer friendly companies I mentioned but not Kingston Brass.

Order never delivered. No longer needed, purchased from another company with a better shipping provider. Awaiting refund.

Got the wrong handle so I can't install it. I'm working with customer service, but y'all asked me for my rating and review before that's finished. Not sure if y'all are going to send me the handle that goes with what I bought so  I understand that mistakes happen, but so far not great. Yet to be see how you handle it. ;)

I think the Kingston Brass faucets are beautiful. I have a major problem with the company. I've needed to replaced the cartridges for most of my faucets - they are 15 years old and we didn't have a water softener for a lot of it. We have very hard water. Online, the specifications sheet for a faucet shows the break-apart picture of the faucet. The cartridge is visualized. BUT, there is no correlating number that tells you which cartridge to order. It makes it REALLY HARD to replace the cartridges when needed. I'm going to gradually replace all my faucets with another brand that will have better guidelines for finding replacement parts. (Yeah... it has been super frutrating.)

Hi Julia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to identify the correct replacement cartridge, especially for faucets that have been in service for many years. We're glad we had the opportunity to connect with you directly and resolve the issue. Your feedback regarding replacement part identification is valuable, and we've shared it with our team as we continue working to improve the customer experience. Thank you again for your time and support. Kingston Customer Experience Team

The Kingston Brass warhouse is less than 500 miles from me, and it still takes 4 business days to get an order from them. They delivered a diverter that leaks. I called and rather than help me over the phone the agent told me to email the warranty department. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. We're getting close to 72 hours, and nothing. Meanwhile my job is being held up by their defective products. I'm very disappointed.

Although Joe was very helpful Kingston Brass was not. It took a ridiculously long time to get the parts I needed to fix my faucets and the parts sent were not specifically what was ordered because I only needed the connectors for the cartridges. I had already purchased and had the new cartridges. The material sent had the connectors and cartridges already in place. This resulted in a higher bill than was necessary and since it took so long to get the connectors I couldn't return the cartridges for credit.
