This is a sad story heard too many times. Kingsize and their parent company Fullbeauty brands are purchased by Private Equity firms that buy and sell the company multiple times running the company into the ground. Apax Partners likely the final owner of King Size and its parent FullBeauty can barley fill an order. It takes them weeks to ship sometimes month all why trying to blame it on anything they can. It’s Moody’s score on a downward trajectory for years is now in the basement The writing is on the wall this company they are ready to go under any time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS KING SIZE or Fullbeauty’s lines: KingSize®, Woman Within®, Catherines®, Roaman’s®, Jessica London®, ellos®, swimsuitsforall®, Brylane Home®, and OneStopPlus.com®. You've been warned.

Ordered some clothes from them beginning of April. Sent me a backorder slip saying the order would ship April 15th - it doesn't. On the 28th of April, their site says the item has shipped - but going to the tracking information shows that only a label has been created, nothing more. Mid-May, I insist on a refund. Customer Service tells me I have to wait 30 days. I reply it's been longer than 30 days - I ordered this in the beginning of April. I'm told I have to wait 30 days since the label was created, then I'm blocked from chatting with Customer Service. In that time, I've done business online with several reputable companies, that don't have a problem shipping product. KingSize, however, is either incapable of shipping product - or is a scam. Either way, the end result is the same - I'm out my money, and don't have product to show for it.

This company is the biggest fraud! I called before I ordered a pair of shoes and they said the product was in stock. After a week later the order did not ship so I called customer service and waited for 45 minutes, hung up, then 2 weeks, after order, I waited another 25 minutes to get an agent that stated it was in process and would be another 2 weeks for product to arrive possibly. In process? & Could not provide a shipping date! 4 weeks to wait for a pair of shoes! Wait not over yet. I then tried to cancel order they told me my order was in process & they could not cancel because it is in process. Huh? If you dont have the product how is it in process? Asked for supervisor. Then this ass then repeats word for word what the other person stated. Word for word. Scripted! Tells me it is a $9.00 return fee if I return it. I did not even ask that question BTW. Do not order anything from KingSizeDirect. This company is the worst! SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Their inventory management and customer communication is abysmal. I ordered clothes for a vacation a month in advance, anticipating the potential for delivery delays. At the time the order was placed, one of the 3 items was on backorder but would be available in enough time for the trip. Fast forward: I will leave in 3 days, and have received only 1 of the 3 items. An online chat with a customer service rep was a waste of time as he could not tell me when I could expect to receive the remaining items, and was only able to confirm what I already knew - that 1 of the 3 items had shipped. He was even a bit defensive. The customer service person told me that I should have received a text or email notifying me that the delivery dates on the remaining 2 items had changed, but that never happened. I gave 2 stars only because the 1 item I did receive was satisfactory.

Placed order on March 26th. Talked to customer a month after placed order and told that was processing. It was supposedly backorder. Told that would ship out quickly. Called back week later and told best option was to wait even longer. Order is a month and a half old. Conflict resolution CANNOT CANCEL ORDER. Unwilling to cancel order or issue refund. I am not really happy that they have had my money for this time period. Was told super busy since the stimulus checks came out. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT Order from any branch associated with this bunch. Not reliable and not willing to take care of their customers. Thanks for upsetting wife and messing up vacation. Kudos for excellent example of extremely poor customer service

This Company Is A Scam!! They Do Not Stand Behind Their Clothing. I Had Ordered A Shirt In February And Never Recieved It. It Was 18.59 And Asked For A Refund!! They Need A Affidavit Filled Out And That’s Fine. It Is Now May And I Finally Recieved One And Sent It Back 2 Weeks Ago. It Took Them 2 and a half Months To Send Me A Form To Fill Out. And I Called Today May 7th 2021 And They Haven’t Recieved It. Supervisor I Spoke With I’m Sorry. That’s Fine But 3 Months And I’m Still Dealing With It Really?? Refund My Money Ask To Send A New Shirt?? I’m So Highly Pissed At This Company. Now They Have To Resend A New Form And Then I Send It Back. I Told Them After This I Am Done Period!! Keep My 18.59 They Must Really Need It!! Beware Of This Company!! Horrible Place To Order From!! And Horrible Customer Service!!

Received a full length hooded robe for Christmas. Within days the side size seam ripped. The material itself is so thin it would almost be comical if it wasn't true. Total trash. Can't even image what will happen to it after first washing!! And now King Size will not exchange or refund it because I was 2 day..yes 2 days!!! outside of their 60 day return window. 30 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. NEVER buy from King Size Corp
