As a fool I ordered from Kingsize.com a second time. Both times i did not receive my order until 2 month after it was "processed." This last time I ordered in 3 week of May and IF fed Ex is right I will get my package July 24. Tried to cancel, but was on hold for customer service 3 times for over 30 minutes. Never got to talk to anyone I have bought big and tall clothes for over 40 years, trust me you can beat the price and quality and get your order in a reasonable amount of time from a bunch of other vendors . AND BTW I tried to leave a review on their site, but you have to click on a link in a verification email, which, like your order, you never receive. RUN AWAY AND DO NOT LOOK BACK (I almost never take the time to write out a negative review. This company sucks so bad I made an exception)

I placed my order, paid for rush delivery, when received the sleeves were too long, I returned the package the next day. That was a month ago - no refund. Received a confirmation that they received my package 10 days later, email said my refund should take 5-7 business days. Three and a half weeks - NO REFUND. Filling out a customer service form on their website errors out when you try to send. Waiting on the phone to speak with a human takes over one and a half hours. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away they more like a scam and you will get screwed i ordered 2 pairs of pants i get a email its on the way 2 weeks later (this started june 2) nothing got a email that one is back ordered tried to stop order they say i can't have to go through with order on july 2 got a pair of pants they were not the right size or even the pants i order returned them now they are saying i can't get my money back i get a gift card for the store to order something else like i want to go through that again so looks like i am out 140.00 dollars and still have nothing to show for it someone needs to do something about this business.!!!!

Horrible seller. Poor quality Terrible service. My own personal experiences have been gruesome. Especially when I attempted to return an item they shipped to me that I never ordered. I'll never do business with them again.

1 July 2021 Thurs, This is the worst incompetent company I ever done business and needs to be closed as well as investigated by the authorities, modern day thieves, If I could give them a zero star I would, ordered a product 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped and they won't refund me my money saying once it arrives whenever that is then I can return it at my expense! I haven't used curse words in years, but they changed that! They ruined my 4th of July weekend we ordered sandals to wear to the beach in advance and we won't get them, they have a million excuses; pandemic, staffing, weather condition, product availability, etc. NOTE there were no advance notice or heads up about any delays on the webpage in bold typing or anything like that, they don't offer any store credit nor gift card as a result of their inability to deliver on time, in closing, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ASS HOLES, You can't even talk to customer service over the phone, they won't answer!!!

Update; July 1, 2021 I just received my product after almost a month and they did not send me the correct products!! Wait a month for the wrong stuff! Absolutely horrible company to do business with. There is no chat available and IF i can get through on the phone which most of the time your call is not accepted, it's a 30+ minute wait. On top of all that, it took a full three business weeks to send out my product and I still do not have a delivery date!!! Oh yeah and I received a credit card (kingsize card) statement for payment of product I have not received!

They are not even worth 1star but this is the only way to write a review, I placed my order may 15 2021 on the phone, I'm still waiting as of June 23rd 2021, right at impossible to get them on the phone no matter time day or night and when they do answer they lie tell you that they see your order and it will be there in 5 days or less. I never got a email confirmation of my order but they did get my money in less than a minute. Never ever shop with them again in life

I ordered a pair of slippers for my husband on 4/20/2021 which was on backorder and as of today, I still have not received the slippers. I am getting a refund, but refuse to order from them again. They use Newgistics to ship packages and it is obvious that this company lost the package. Customer service hung up on me as I was trying to explain my frustration.
