Everything with King was great, from the moment we entered the store downtown they were not pushy at all and helped with all our inquires showing up different leathers and everything! Their selection is also spectacular. We had a delivery estimate of mid march but received it end of feb which was such a nice suprise! The delivery went well but there was an issue with the delivery company and my building, although King ensured that it was all taken care off with no burden on us. We had contacted customer service for a couple little things with our furniture, and they handled everything promptly, leaving us super satisfied with our purchase with King. The service received was the best ever!

From my first visit to placing the order and through every interaction thereafter, the team was consistently helpful, positive, and welcoming. A special thanks to Diego for guiding me through the decision to purchase the sectional—his assistance with measurements and explaining the sofa’s features was invaluable. Overpriced Crap!!! Better off going to ikea If you are gonna spend $4000+ on a couch- go to a more reliable and reputable place The quality is SH!T, not even a couple months in and this couch does not live up to what they said it was The fabric is pilling and the couch is already becoming deformed
