I saw there was a sale going on, so I ordered some stuff. Package came quickly, but was missing an item. Reached out to the support team, and they quickly resolved the mistake and got the item shipped fast! I really appreciated the quick responses from Carl, and his dedication to remedying the issue. Really impressed with the customer service from Kinetic Labs! I had a couple of issues with items in my order, and Carl was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He arranged replacements for me without any hassle, and when one of the replacements still wasn't quite right, he quickly took care of a refund. Every interaction was friendly, understanding, and genuinely helpful, and the whole experience was made as easy as possible. I’m really happy with the rest of my order (love my keycaps set and desk mat), and the excellent support has left me feeling very positive about ordering from Kinetic Labs again. Huge thanks to Carl for taking such great care of everything!

Absolutely horrible. I ordered the product almost a week ago for two- to three-day shipping, and they haven't even gotten the package out of their warehouse. I don't even know if they have packed it yet. They have not fulfilled it. I've been emailing with them back and forth, but their emails are horrible. That's the only way to contact them, and they only respond once a day with not even the best email. It's at maybe 5:00 a.m. every day, so there's no chance of them getting back to me right away. This is very annoying because I think the product is decent, and I'm going to hopefully get it soon, but it's been way too long. I paid extra money for faster shipping, and I can't believe that it hasn't even left their facility yet. They emailed me that they had a problem when they got back to me a whole day later. A tiny problem with the mechanics of the machine they used to make their key caps. They should have emailed me on their own a while ago that there was an issue, or put it somewhere on their website so that it would be known that it was going to take longer for fulfillment. Completely unorganized and unprofessional, and I would not recommend getting anything from them unless you can wait two weeks. Definitely do not buy faster shipping!

Carl has been amazing with the customer support. Replies promptly with great solutions and I am completely satisfied. The keyboard looks fantastic and I am overall very happy with Kinetic Labs!

Absolutely amazing customer service, I last minute realized that I needed to add an extra bag of switches. I contacted them the next morning about it, not really expecting my order to be able to be edited. (Especially when an hour after my email to them I received a “tracking information” email). I would not have been upset at all if they hadn’t been able to add the switches (this was entirely on my miscalculation), and would have sucked it up and payed for another shipping fee. However I received a response letting me know they were going to try and catch the package before it was officially shipped and add in the additional pack of switches, and sure enough they did just that! 10/10 customer service, a lot of companies wouldn’t bother with the hassle of having to sort through, find the package, and add to it. So exited to receive my package and so happy I purchased from Kinetic Labs!
