Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. I ordered the product almost a week ago for two- to three-day shipping, and they haven't even gotten the package out of their warehouse. I don't even know if they have packed it yet. They have not fulfilled it. I've been emailing with them back and forth, but their emails are horrible. That's the only way to contact them, and they only respond once a day with not even the best email. It's at maybe 5:00 a.m. every day, so there's no chance of them getting back to me right away. This is very annoying because I think the product is decent, and I'm going to hopefully get it soon, but it's been way too long. I paid extra money for faster shipping, and I can't believe that it hasn't even left their facility yet. They emailed me that they had a problem when they got back to me a whole day later. A tiny problem with the mechanics of the machine they used to make their key caps. They should have emailed me on their own a while ago that there was an issue, or put it somewhere on their website so that it would be known that it was going to take longer for fulfillment. Completely unorganized and unprofessional, and I would not recommend getting anything from them unless you can wait two weeks. Definitely do not buy faster shipping!
