Was happy with the delivery although it took awhile to get tracking numbers, but at least the product was delivered and delivery guy called to ask for my unit number. Have started using it and wow!! Now I am able to climb up and down stairs with only a little pain, hope to reduce more of it in time to come.

In late June my wife and I went out surfboarding. When I went to step onto the surfboard, it slipped out from underneath me, causing me to twist my left knee. My knee was tweaked a little and then I went away. Then about four weeks later. I started getting this most nagging pain and then it swelled up all and it hurt terribly to go up stairways. I’ve avoided going upstairs, downstairs, cross stairs, or any kind of stairs since about July. When I saw the research and development of this product I became quizzical and wanted to know more about it. When I saw him on a kick starter. I decided to make my investment on the premise that it may work. You can’t make this stuff up. IT WORKED!!! Unbelievable, it worked I am able to walk up a flight of stairs I’m able to walk normally I might even be able to run soon. I am so excited. I can’t be a bigger cheerleader than who I am today for this company. I am indebted. I have overwhelming gratitude for you helping me. I have overwhelming gratitude for your 905 nm wavelength laser technology that has helped my leg heal , it feels better than it was before it was twisted. Thank you!

The strap has been frustrating! a straight strap with movable module placements would be more helpful. Now main modules fit around front of knee and the two at the side end up in a random not near joint area. i can feel the warmth with placement but seems to have minimal effect for partner.

Hello to you all, I am very pleased with the follow up from you. I ordered in May, and ofcourse I realize it has been delays, however I hav enjoyed your recent approach , ie not promising on delivery dates. A start up faces all kind of unforseen events, and particularly in these days. Covid, war, logistics speak for Itself. Finally, as writing this, delivery service just delivered the device , not bad. I purchased 2 move + devices and I don’t know when I’ll receive them. It’s been a couple of months and I’ve not been given one single update.

I just received my Kineon Move+ and it arrived via US Post in great condition! A padded plastic envelope taped around the outside box kept it unscathed during its trip. I had read several successful posts from several users and setup was easy.., I charged them in the included charging base. The included strap/device holder is well made. I’ve got Large Legs, so the black stretchy bands needed no take-up. I get it some backers thought the straps should be silicone- that would have extended the life and (the cost) might have be added as an after sales accessory?! I tried three (3) points on my knee (above the knee/top of the knee/below the knee) that had suffered a Complete Seperation of the Quadricep Tendon/ACL/MCL (all 3 tendons). I walked and worked today with no pain or discomfort. I still do my 1 hour Physical Therapy Routine via my iOS App from my VA Health Provider. I’m a Steam Engineer at a VA Hospital and run Stationary Steam Boilers and 2 Centrifugal Chillers and have been doing electrical work at home after a Deck removal over three weekends!

I would love to review Reviiv products but I have been waiting weeks to receive mine. I am slightly annoyed that I cannot find any tracking information. For several weeks Shopify has said “shipped” but no further information. Is my product coming from the moon??? To be fair, I must say that it was made clear that it would be mid to late September for delivery.

A 40+ (you’d never believe it) crossfitter, runner, tennis player etc so had knee issues for years. Been using this for a few weeks- most notable improvement is the almost instant reduction in aching / pain in my knees. However, as time goes on, they’re getting better as well as hurting less at the time. Easy to use, doesn’t eat in to time as can stick on while watching telly/having dinner and works! Cheaper than weekly sports massages and less painful!
