The original ordering of their product was easy & efficient. Kineon provided updates to the shipping timeline, which I needed. Due to difficulties with me, I was unable to use their product during the introductory period. I asked for a refund. They offered strategies and an extended timeline. I still couldn’t commit to the needed time input and asked for the refund. Their respectful answer and care accepting my need for the refund were above what I have experienced before. I know I would trust them in the future if I ordered again from them!
