I am very pleased with the products and the service is excellent. However, I will not order from you again because products are not returnable. I often order high end skin care products from other sites. I rarely return a product( actually just once) but I like having that option given the amount of money I spend.

I have extremely dry skin and finally found a lotion I like at a local resort. I began my search to buy more at a reasonable price. Kimberly Beauty had my product with a discount. Delivery was prompt and automated communication was prompt. I will be using again.

The only rating I can give at this time is one star. I ordered items for my skin on Sunday and looked for them all week. I received an email from Kimberly on Friday indicating that the order was shipped. That is unacceptable to me. It will probably be mid week before the package is received which will be a week and a half since placing the order. I was considering canceling the order except I would not receive the Black Friday discount.

I'm a big fan of glo therapeutics, so being able to pick up my cleanser and serum at 25% off was too good to pass up. I have to thank Kimberly Spa's esthetician, Mindy, for recommending these products. My skin tends to dry out during the winter months, but the cleanser, serum, and moisturizer have really helped.
