I have ordered some Visual Changes products several times through this company. The products are incredible. But on my most recent order, the customer service has been AWFUL. Shipment keeps getting delayed and no help from customer service. I will DEFINITELY continue to buy the Visual Changes products. But just from somewhere else.

I ordered close to $300.00 of visual changes plus shipping. I normally use a different site and wish that I never went through this on line company. I placed my order on the 15th of March. I received an email saying they received my order and took my payment that night. I emailed them back on a Friday to ask when I would receive my order, they replied that I would have to wait until Monday before that question could be answered. The following Tuesday they said they would ship it to me. I looked on the UPS link and it should be here by this Friday. 10 days and I paid for it to be here sooner. I sent an email asking about my shipping and have received no response. There's very few people that carry visual changes. I will be going to using another company the next time I pay for $300.00 of merchandise with a shipping charge that they don't bother to go by and have to wait longer for my things.

I ordered products from Kimberly Beauty because of all the wonderful ratings. It's been over a week and my order still has not shipped, despite being in stock. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

Product came with no box and no safety seal, Product is slightly yellow, not clear, has previous orders from other vendors. Credit card was charged a full week Before product was shipped. On the plus side, the company did communicate the delay somewhat promptly.
