The purchase began with me not placing my order correctly, and it got 'lost' for a bit; once we figured out what had happened and the error cleared up it took no more than a week for it be on my butt! I have 5 kilts now, and this is by far the nicest of the lot, the one I'd wear to a wedding or something. The quality of the work is as top-shelf as any to be found, the fit is like they came and measured me beforehand. Sufyan is a magical goddess when it came to finding and resolving my goof up and getting the ball rolling. Her customer service is as impeccable as her ability to do her work, once she was on the case, it was less than an hour; I don't know if my order got rushed to the front of the line or how they managed it, but the shipping notice came later that night - early their time. I waited about 2 wks. after initially placing my order, once it seemed like I should be hearing back is when I reached out, my 2nd error; if I had contacted them sooner it would have gotten the same resolution, just a wk. sooner. All is well now, and the cilt looks spectacular. When it comes time to order another or the grandkids' I know where to go for excellent service and top-quality work. Thank YOU, all again!! Blu

I received my kilt and other items today (bow-tie, brooch, and scarf) and immediately tried the kilt on. Fits perfectly! It was a much quicker process than I imagined and the customer service was excellent. They checked in with me and sent multiple pictures along the way to ask for preferences. I read some of the negative reviews and was a bit worried about what I'd receive. It is true that the company is based in Pakistan and not Scotland. But honestly, with excellent craftsmanship like I received, I don't care one bit. I will absolutely buy from them again.

1. DHL is a very good courier company and the package arrived well 2. It was very well packed; robust, efficient, clear and intact 3. There is no washing instruction on the garment, or in the package 4. My wife thinks that all new garments should be washed to clean it of chemicals and residue. It’s taken forever to iron out all the creases after that. 5. I was surprised that it came from Pakistan (?). Nothing wrong with that, but I was looking for something Scottish. This garment is okay, but not what I expected. All info on your site indicated Scot Scottish Scotland. So that was a surprise. 6. The fabric is much much thicker than what I expected. Making it less pliable and more difficult to iron. 7. The price is very high, even more so when adding the freight. 8. It looks really well made. 9. And lesson to me; don’t buy something online that I don’t know the quality of. And don’t know the supplier. 10. The support person Sufyan is exemplary.

Ordered a Doyle tartan kilt on the Friday evening, received Monday afternoon. The kilt and tie are excellent quality and the stitching and finish are really good. I am so impressed and will happily buy from them again!

I have today received my second kilt and OMG it is perfect, the sizing, fit and quality, i also got the matching plaid and flashes and again all perfect. I have wanted a kilt in our family colours which was difficult to find, with one email to kilts and more they were able to supply the tartan. I cannot thank them enough for the craftsmanship, if anyone needs a kilt i will be referring them to kilts and more.

I ordered my outfit by email rather than the Web form because I wanted a particular tartan. The communications was very good, one very small problem regarding type of sporran required but very easily rectified. All queries answered very quickly. The kilt and jacket fit me perfectly, and I am pleased with the overall quality for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, thank you.

They are very good at communicating updates on when my package was shipped and sending tracking numbers so I knew when it would arrive. They were also quick to answer my questions. I will be shopping with them again in the future!
