So far, I have had very good experiences with the company. When I received the wrong item, I immediately received the correct delivery free of charge after complaining. I also experienced this when I forgot to order an item. I contacted the email address provided and received the forgotten item very quickly. One negative point is the mix of different languages on the homepage. Another negative point is the lack of transparency of the company. Is it a Scottish or an American company? The delivery also comes from Pakistan??? The kilts and other items are of quite good quality, but some of them have an unpleasant smell.

I am pleasantly surprised actually. I thought this was a scam since some people wrote it. But I received my Kilts in time. One minus star for intransparency that this company seems to operate from Pakistan. I do not have a problem ordering from Pakistan, but I have a problem with making a company look different than it is. One minus star for the Homepage and the resulting communication: I got a message from DHL regarding import taxes and Ive paid them, the seller then contacted me in very broken englisch that they pay it and they have refunded me the import tax and they said this is stated on the Homepage. But the part about import taxes is in dutch (i am from germany) and I neither can switch it to englisch nor to german, so the information was not accessible to me. The Kilts are in fairly good quality, they have a bit of a stench to them, but that will be taken care by my washing machine. I am unsure if I recommend this seller of not, the kilts are good for what they cost, but the inconsitency everywhere is kinda a no-go for me. So decide it for yourself that some stuff can get tedious, because of the language barrier, the shipping costs if you send something back, the hassle with import taxes, etc.

The kilt I received was okay quality. I found that the pleats were not even, and the leather straps were on the last hole to measure to the size ordered. So this is an okay kilt if you are looking for an affordable option.

I like the pattern of the tartan but am disappointed that one of the buckles came apart the first time I tried on my kilt. My sporran is nice as are the flashings. I also do not care for DHL delivery. Because I did not want to risk delivery without signature, my shipment had to be delayed 5 days. On the scheduled day of delivery, I waited at home. DHL arrived around 6P.M. and left the package on the doorstep without signature.

Very slow delivery compared to a lot of sites - dont yet have product and they are following me up for a review???

Update, nach langem hin und her habe ich tatsächlich eine Gutschrift für die beiden Kilts erhalten. daher upvote auf 3 Sterne. Würde ich nochmal dort bestellen? Nein, eher nicht. Nie wieder! Vorweg, Qualität der Kilts ist ok. Wenn man sie im Angebot kauft passt auch der Preis. Die Originalpreise sind aber für die Qualität viel viel zu hoch! Kilts kommen aus Pakistan. Muss man wissen wegen Zoll. Das steht nirgendwo dabei. Kauft nicht mehr als absolut notwendig. Habe zwei mitbestellt bei denen ich mir unsicher war. Eine Rückgabe versuche ich jetzt seit mehreren Wochen. Bestellt am 15.02. geliefert am 01.03. Rücksendung dann auch gleich beantragt. Ständiges hin und her a la "wir erstatten Ihnen die Kosten" Bankkonto angegeben etc. nichts passiert. Erste Antwort war "wir machen die Kilts neu"?? Alle Kilts haben beim ankommen extrem nach Rauch gerochen. Nach der ersten Wäsche gings. Qualität der Kilts ist ok. Nieten sind problematisch. Habe die Utility-Kilts bestellt. Über die Tartan-Kilts kann ich nichts sagen. Wäre das Problem mit der Rückgabe nicht wäre alles gut. So fühlt es sich einfach nach Betrug an. Sind 100€ die da jetzt zusätzlich weg sind für zwei Kilts die von der Passform einfach schrecklich sind.

It’s taken forever to iron out all the creases after that. 5. I was surprised that it came from Pakistan (?). Nothing wrong with that, but I was looking for something Scottish. This garment is okay, but not what I expected. All info on your site indicated Scot Scottish Scotland. So that was a surprise. 6. The fabric is much much thicker than what I expected. Making it less pliable and more difficult to iron. 7. The price is very high, even more so when adding the freight. 8. It looks really well made. 9. And lesson to me; don’t buy something online that I don’t know the quality of. And don’t know the supplier. 10. The support person Sufyan is exemplary.

The order was fine, it was supposed to be a Father's Days gift, and I thought I ordered it early enough, but it came after Father's Day. The person who it was for loves wearing it and wants more. However, upon closer inspection, and review of the invoice, we noticed that we received the wrong tartan. We ordered the Heritage of Scotland because of the purples in the tartan. However, what we received was very blue with only three thin purple stripes in the tartan. Either, the samples shown are not true to order, or out order got mixed up. Whatever, the case, we're happy with the kilt, just wish the tartan looked like the one we wanted to order.
